3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Thursday Terrain account to view order status.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@arsnusa.com with your order number.
6. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it—whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Do you offer warranties?

8. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped. Contact support@arsnusa.com as soon as possible.
